IT’S ON & POPPIN POPCORN was founded by Sharon Whitley in 2007. 

In 2006, she loss her spouse of 33 years.  The business began out of boredom, and the need for an activity to occupy her time. As a child, she loved going to the G. C. Murphy Building to watch them make caramel popcorn.  Since popcorn was her favorite snack, she began experimenting and turned her love for popcorn into a business venture.

With the help of her partner Gregory Smith, in 2012, the business expanded and various flavors were added to their delicious gourmet portfolio. 

It’s On & Poppin Popcorn currently offers: Butter Rum, Strawberry, Spicy Sriracha and their all-time favorite, Naptown Mix (Caramel & Cheese mixed).

It’s On & Poppin Popcorn can be found at various events throughout the City of Indianapolis. We produce quality gourmet popcorn that is gluten free and “Made With A Lotta Love”. We enjoy sharing this love with our community and our customers like you.
